This home is located in an excellent location with tourist attractions including the Florida International University, University of Miami, Miami Senior, Country Clubs, Coral Gables Museum and Downtown Miami within a 20 mins drive.
Visit South Beach, Wynwood, Design District, Vizcaya Museum, Miami Beach, Brickell, Little Havana, Zoo Miami & more! There are two parks, two breweries, and several restaurants within walking distance!
Cozy and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home which is completely renovated with modern features and wallpaper! Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, and even business professionals!
Immediately when entering there is a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed that can turn into a bed for extra sleeping space. The sofa can fit comfortably a person, possibly two. This studio can accommodate up to 3-4 guests!
The bathroom is completely remodeled as well, with a stand up shower.
There is a small kitchenette with all the basic necessities including a fridge with a freezer, keurig coffee maker, microwave, sink, and cabinets for storage.
There is space underneath the bed for additional storage such as luggage and has a stand up portable garment rack as closet space.
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps and 30" TV with Roku and other streaming options are provided!
There is 1 free parking space available right in front of the house.
