This 2400 sqft Pool House is a beautiful and spacious property that accommodates up to 6 guests. The house features comfortable bright bedrooms, two with a plush queen-sized bed and one with with a plush king-sized bed. All rooms come with black out shades and curtains for privacy or the power nap in the afternoon, seating, ample closet space and flat screen TV's with multiple streaming services. The living area is bright and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area has plenty of seating for family meals or game nights.
Outside, guests will find a true oasis. The backyard features a sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The patio area is furnished with comfortable seating and a grill, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying a cold drink in the sunshine. Everything is screened in, to keep the bugs out.
Throughout the property, guests can expect modern amenities and thoughtful touches to make their stay comfortable and convenient. With its perfect location in Florida, guests can also enjoy easy access to St. Augustine, Daytona or even Orlando to visit the attractions and activities that these cities have to offer. Simply return after to the Oasis and relax.
As my guests, you will have full access to the entire house, except the locked 4th bedroom where I keep my personal belongings. Due to space limitation, you would not be able to park a vehicle in the garage.
Outside, you'll have exclusive access to the backyard, which features a beautiful pool, patio area with seating, and a grill. You'll also have access to the driveway for parking your vehicle.
