Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units.
This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and private. As you enter 304 unit from its back stairs where you park on the ground floor, the small entry on this floor is first apartment: Two private queen bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, W/D, living area queen sofa bed, sofa, small kitchen, full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, many cooking appliances. Taking the stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath. Two queen bedroom with Jack and Jill shared bath, another W/D. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 75 in large TV, kitchen and living, fireplace, large dining room table, large cooking island, sofa, daybed, and easy chairs. The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella, pergola, sofa and love seat, and Adirondacks seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV with one GIG Wi-Fi. Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels. Parking is ground floor under building 3 spots included, extra's if needed. Other sleeping areas not in bedrooms but open space: queen sofa bed in the first apartment, loft bed on bedroom floor similar to bunk bed but a queen( nice for children with their own TV) and a day bed (two twins) on main floor with main kitchen.
