This beach house has been in the same family for all these years and has recently been remodeled with a completely new kitchen, modern appliances, new picture windows and heated floors. The open floor plan is perfect for family and friends to gather and share beach experiences or games for a little friendly competition. There is plenty of room for kids to spread out and within view while preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The comfortable living room has a smart TV with a blue ray player or just hang out and watch the surf through the living and dining room view windows. Stay warm and dry snuggled in a cozy throw and observe the dramatic winter weather. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed with a smart TV and an ocean view along with a roomy master bath. A guest room and guest bath located on the other side of the living room and no stairs required because all spaces are at street level.
