The unit has 800 square feet of living space with an open-concept floor plan, with a long bar which is perfect for hosting friends and family. The Coastal Cove features a spacious sitting and dining area, with leather couch, teak roll top desk, queen bed and spacious bathroom. Lounge on the beautiful teak furniture around the oceanfront pool that is lighted at night and glistens in the moonlight. The 1.7 acre estate property sits on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach at the north end of Atlantic Beach. The Estate was designed in 1961 in a mid-century modern architectural design, featuring inverted California redwood ceilings that overhang the house which allows the doors and windows to be open when raining, travertine, teak, with glass and light throughout. The Estate has an expansive lush oceanfront lawn with a natural dune system leading to the ocean.
The rate includes utilities, internet, and access to the pool and beach. Does not include taxes, cleaning fees, and a security deposit. Well behaved pets are permitted for an additional fee. We are five minutes from the town center with many shops and restaurants and the Spa at the 5-star One Ocean Resort; 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
