The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private.
The Neighborhood:
Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. We're just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and it's beach area, with tennis courts & a playground in between.
Getting Around:
Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance! Free parking off-road if you'd like to bring your car so you can drive around!

This home is professionally managed by Tampa Vacation Collection, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance!
Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 18 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.
