The upper deck is 180 degrees and is directly off the master bedroom, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails or just watching a romantic sunset and, of course, the master has a brand new king bed for your comfort. The lake is totally surrounded by beautiful trees that put on a colorful show, each day, as the sun rises and sets, and it has its own private beach. The property has it's own shuffle board court and over one acre of beautiful property which is located in a rural setting but surrounded by million dollar homes, which offers seclusion as well as total security. The villa is located just 15-20 minutes from Tampa International Airport,25 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and Yankee/Steinbrenner Stadium , 40 minutes to Philly's spring training facility, 45 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 45 minutes to downtown Tampa and Ybor City , 30 minutes to Busch Gardens and 1.5 hours from Orlando's amusement parks. There are no less than 15 golf courses within 20 minutes from the villa including TPC Of Tampa Bay, all of which are open to the public.
