We're proud owners of the entire duplex, and you have the option to rent both units for an unforgettable experience. Our Living Area of the Home features ample and comfortable seating centered around a flat screen television with full cable service and wi-fi service. The glass doors open onto your gated porch, the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Cook up your catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen featuring full sized appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. Or, if you prefer you can grill on our gas grill provided (please be courteous of the next guest and maintain the integrity of the grill).
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-Sized bed with a flat screen tv and features a full Master Bathroom. You will also find a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience!
The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a trundle bed including 2 twins and a full-size bed and a flat screen television. The Guest Bathroom is located directly adjacent to the Guest Bedroom with a walk-through floor plan. All the towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise are provided.
Our home is a short stroll from Sparky’s Landing Bar, Tarpon's Creek, and local favorites, offering waterfront dining with fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy live music as the day winds down.
