This 1 story home has a solar heated pool! Meaning that you can enjoy the pool almost all year round, all the while feeling good that you are using all natural solar energy!
Located in the Orange Tree community, this home features 5 separate bedrooms (2 master suites), with 4 full bathrooms! The spacious & open floor plan and skylights will make this a truly enjoyable experience!
All bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs as well as a DVD player located in the living room! Both master suites have direct access to the pool deck.
The Spacious Kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and everything else you need. The breakfast nook and dining table provide plenty of space for everyone!
There is a permanent BBQ grill installed just outside the pool deck! Enjoy a nice cookout on the covered lanai.
Check-out the completely re-done game room, equipped to your full satisfaction! There is a pool table (billiards), as well as a foosball table and even dart board!
The living room comes equipped with a large Smart TV, cable box and DVD player! There also are some board & card games available for your use.
This home is equipped with solar heating for the pool! This means that year round the pool will be heated at no charge to you! Please note that solar heating may not leave the pool "warm" but will take the chill out of the water, especially in colder weather. However, if you would like it warmer, pool heating is available for an additional charge.
*Pool heating is required for use of the spa. The spa needs to be heated with gas in order to reach a reasonable temperature. Jets will always be available regardless if the spa is heated.
Orange Tree is a beautiful, well kept neighborhood, featuring lots of greenery and of course Orange Groves! Orange Tree also has the added benefit of being tucked away from the major roads so you can truly enjoy a relaxing & quiet vacation.
Take a quiet scenic walk through the neighborhood and enjoy one of the many provided amenities! Just across the street from our home is the Tennis Courts & Soccer (futbol) field. Tennis Rackets are provided at the home - please use care and return them so other guests may enjoy them as well!
Near either entrance to the community you will find a Playground / Tot Lot for the kids!

Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. Pool heating is needed for spa to heat up. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)
A Fixed, Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property.
No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
