LOCATION
Stroll just 2 minutes from your front door to Gulf Shores Public Beach. On the way, you’ll find a few beachfront restaurants. Walk 13 minutes to Highway 59 to find local shops and restaurants.
Parking notes: You must check-in at the office to receive your parking passes for up to 2 vehicles. The office is located on the south side of the complex. The hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm, closed Sunday. If arriving after hours, you need to check in the next day. You will get pool wristbands at the same time as the parking passes.
To get to your unit, pull around to the north side of the complex and locate your building numbered 14-15. It is painted yellow. Please park your vehicles in tandem under the home, one behind the other, on the left side (14).
No other vehicles may be on the property. This includes RVs, ATVs, 4-wheelers, trailers, and boats.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
