This is a cozy, Florida-style house from 50’s in boho style. It has a spacious and characteristic pool, and minimal garden space. It has been newly-furnished and upgraded in 2021 but the structure of the house is not new. If you are looking for a new structure, please skip this one. It is located in a safe, family neighborhood and close to Las Olas and just several minutes to I-95. The pool and landscape service is done every week regularly. The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub.
This home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a very spacious entrance/den that has a pull-out sofa that converts to a queen size bed. Super comfy! This cozy and charming place can accommodate up to six people. It has an amazing garden with fifty shades of green and spacious pool. It features all new furniture and appliances. Sparkling clean. Walking distance to Las Olas shops/restaurants (1.8 mile) and less than 5-minute drive. Very easy access to I-95 and Ft Lauderdale Beaches.
Home comes equipped with high-speed WiFi, Hulu Live TV/Disney+, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table with room for 4-6 people. Beautiful, spacious pool, perfect relaxing environment. Soak up the sun in that charming house. One bedroom has king size bed; second bedroom has queen size bed and den area offers a pull-out sofa that converts a queen size bed.
Guest have access to the entire space, private pool, patio, etc.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a refundable deposit of $200 at check-in for incidentals after your reservation is confirmed. You will receive your refundable deposit back in 5 business days after the check-out unless there is damage in the unit. Security deposit would be collected at check-in by our team members and we only accept credit cards as a payment method at check-in.
Some essentials such as towels, pillows, bed sheets, hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided at the day of check-in. We do not provide extra on those essentials during the stay.
Other things such as paper towel, body wash, dish or laundry detergent etc.. are not provided at the day of check-in so the guests are welcome to bring their own.
There is a market and grocery store in nearby or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.
