Boating:
We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

The Neighborhood:
The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Heaven is a family style neighborhood, there is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friend. Near by you can enjoy dinner at locals favorites Hogfish grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Take a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina.
Getting Around:
Travel by car, boat, or plane to Suncoast House, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.
If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island.
Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
