The unit is fully furnished including all kitchenware, dinnerware, and linens. A full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. There is enjoyable natural light inside the unit and the surroundings offer a park-like setting. A wonderful place for your next staycation or remote work for digital nomads! We welcome long stays, traveling nurses, remote workers and all!
The grounds and exterior of this 1980s building are undergoing updates. The inside of this unit has been freshly painted with some additional light remodel work! All of the furniture including the beds are brand new as of 2023 as well!
The entire condo is yours to enjoy. There is plenty of natural light from the windows, which makes the place feel peaceful and inviting. The floor plan allows for ample space in the common areas for family and friends and the bedrooms do not share a wall with each other allowing for much privacy when needed. There is a desk in the living room for remote working as well.
Things to note: there is no elevator. This is a 2-story walk-up with an exterior staircase on either end of the building.
