Comfy modular home that lives big, immaculately clean and well-maintained. Just as cool as your grandparents house with 1970s vintage finishings, but nicely furnished, with wi-fi and new smart TV with cable. New cooktop, new washer and dryer, new deck and new flooring throughout. Really a beautifully maintained house, just a bit groovy with original paneling and wallpaper. 3-head mini-split AC added in 2023.
House sits off a private road maintained by owner. Owner is a local artist and is reachable and instantly accessible for assistance/issues. Sunsets and marsh views surrounding the house. 1/4 mile from public deep water marina, 15 mins from historic Beaufort, 30 mins from Hunting Island State Park and public golf nearby.
Dogs welcome - housebroken, have current flea protection and guests must clean up after them.
