Welcome to 5155 Williams Drive, a three-bedroom, two-bath private canal-front home with heated swimming pool, just a short hop across Estero Boulevard to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This home has a dock and is on a gulf-access canal. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. This portion of the island offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi and laundry area. All towels and linens are provided. Outside living features the screen-enclosed and covered lanai which is nicely furnished, as well as the extended pavered patio and pool area.
On arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. Enter into an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. There is wood flooring in the main living area and one bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the other two bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops and all the necessary items to prepare a full-course meal, or simply to make toast and coffee in the morning. Appliances include a dishwasher, glasstop range with oven, counter-top microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door.
The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is furnished with a table seating six. This flows into the living room that is furnished with a sofa with end table with lamp, love seat with end table, coffee table on an area rug, and a padded hutch and side chair. Flowing from here is the family room furnished with an L-shaped leather sleeper-sofa, end tables and lamps, side chair, coffee table on an area rug, and opposite the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from here provide access to the covered screened-in lanai and pool area beyond.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, chest of drawers, armoire and ample closet space. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal lavatory, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with built in seat and glass door. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, a director's chair, ample closet space and a triple dresser with mirror. The hallway bathroom by the first guest bedroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with built-in seat and a glass door. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, night stand and lamp, armoire, cushioned chair with cocktail table and a credenza with flat screen TV.
