This beautifully updated end unit has amazing views from the 15th floor out over the ocean and across Clam Pass. This unit is located in the beautiful St Maarten building right by the South Beach boardwalk and tram stop. You could not ask for a better location in Pelican Bay!
Enjoy the on-site pool, hot tub, library, sauna, and exercise room as well as full access to all the Pelican Bay amenities (tennis, fitness center, private beach restaurants, and white sand beaches with chairs and umbrellas). This unit includes Wi-Fi internet access and cable television with multiple new flat screen TVs (in den and each bedroom). The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and an attached master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and another walk-in closet. The den has a sleeper sofa and can be closed off for privacy.
This condo is stocked with everything you will need! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, blender, Cuisinart, and toaster. Both bathrooms are nicely updated with one containing a whirlpool tub. For those who need DVR, we have TiVo systems in both the master bedroom and the den.

There is a $300 Pelican Bay access fee, a $100 St Maarten Condo Association application fee, and a required credit and background check (~$100) that are all payable separately.
