Unit 402 is a 1 bedroom - 2 bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps up to four guests. It is located on the 4th floor overlooking the east pool and the Gulf's emerald blue-green water!
Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or less. The Pelican Walk HOA charges a Pet Fee of $150 per pet.
Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. The balcony looks out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers and granite counter vanities. There is also a full kitchen, dining area that seats 4, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Pelican Walk 402 has everything you need for a relaxing BEACH vacation!
Pelican Walk is located on the East end of PCB on Thomas Drive. Staying at Pelican Walk you will be close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, go Kart tracks, Shell Island Shuttles, and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius.
