About this space
Only 200 Steps to the Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier! Walk or bike to the Pier and many other attractions. Our place is perfect for families, couples, or those looking to spend time at the beach.
The space
This is a quaint, private 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the main entrance of our property. It’s completely private with its own front and back entrance, but is a guest suite and has a neighboring unit which is part of the house.
There is a back deck with a grill and dinette set attached to this unit that overlooks the yard. (The yard and laundry room is shared but quiet.
This space sleeps up to 6 people with a Queen size bed, a bunk bed with a full, single, and trundle, and a full futon in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The space is well cooled with window a/c units which are fairly new. WiFi and Netflix is available. There are board games available for the kids. There is an outdoor shed available for storing beach gear or bikes if needed.

Guest access
Parking is on the left side of the driveway and the entrance is the front door of the house. We will provide you with a code on checkin day to access the house.
You will have access to the backyard and a private apartment. Wifi and Cable is provided. Small pets are allowed(with permission). There is and addtl $50 pet fee, not included in the price. Shared laundry is available.

We will make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible and want you to relax and enjoy your stay!
