Beautiful lake side home situated in golfing community of Rotonda this home has all the amenities to enjoy a great Florida vacation. This home has occupancy of 10.
On entry into this spacious home there is living room with comfortable sofa's, cocktail tables and flat screen tv. The deluxe kitchen is open plan and has granite countertops, wood cabinets and all appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Laundry room off the kitchen has washer and dryer. There are bar stools for casual eating overlooking the kitchen and also a casual dining area with table and chairs.
Home also has formal dining area to the front of the house.
Great two master suites - no fighting over bedrooms here! Each master has queen size bed, its own large sized walk in bathroom with shower, double vanity, wc and jacuzzi baths.
There are three further bedrooms in the house - all with twin beds. Two further bathrooms, one of which leads out to the pool.
