Welcome to The Pink House! Our cozy beach house located on a natural barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico in Redington Shores, Florida. Redington Shores is a bit of a hidden gem, being a quiet, low key beach community tucked between the vibrant cities of Clearwater & St Petersburg. This location offers the best of both worlds: quiet relaxation locally with serious dining and nightlife a short drive away. You can make the most of the tropical climate by choosing either the beach, which is a half block walk, or the private Swim Spa at the house. The Swim Spa is about twice the size of a typical hot tub, and also twice as deep. Comfortably accommodating 6 adults, it can be enjoyed as a swimming pool for socializing. It also has a jet function for swimming in place. Additionally, when the temperature dips the Swim Spa can be heated up to 104 degrees, just like a normal hot tub. There is a patio and grill in the private fenced in yard that gets plenty of sun, perfect for outdoor dining or sunbathing. Even lounging around outside you can enjoy the plethora of vibrant tropical foliage surrounding the property, including several species of palms, lemon & lime trees, agave, Hibiscus & more! This attached home features 1 bedroom with a king bed, sleeping 2 total. There is one full bathroom. Inside this home you’ll find a simple layout with a clean kitchen and classic Floridian décor. The home features newer appliances, filtered drinking water in the kitchen, central A/C, wifi, and laundry on-site. We also have a beach cart with chairs & toys available. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a great coffee shop down the block with waterside seating. Several great restaurants are within walking distance, even more options a short drive down the beach. Well behaved pets are welcome with additional deposit & cleaning fee. You’ll know you’re at the beach when you pull up and notice that the driveway is made entirely of real seashells! A stay at this home is a great opportunity to enjoy the subtropical climate and some of the best beaches in Florida!
