We are located on 4 relaxing beautiful acres with horses and plenty of quiet country ambiance. We are close to everything! Walmart is 2.6 miles away! A continental breakfast is included.
This particular room comes with its own private living room. This private living room has a futon and 42" TV
We have 4 other separate listings in this home: Tropical Room, Beach Room, Manatee Room, and South West Cottage.
This is a nicely decorated cozy bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. You have access to a shared bathroom and and dining room area.
We have a dehumidifier in a common area in the guesthouse and it runs continuously to keep the air clean, fresh, and mold free. Plug-in room fresheners are used to keep the air smelling nice. If you have any sensitivities, please let us know so we can remove the air fresheners.
We follow the Cdc's sanitation recommendations.
We clean and disinfect your room after the last guest checks out and clean and disinfect the common areas daily.
So sorry, no pets allowed. We strive to keep our place allergen free for those guests that have sensitivities.
Also, please keep the windows and at least the storm door closed at all time to keep the humidity and pollen to a minimum.

If there is an issue we need to hear about, let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately. We want to have the opportunity to fix the issue rather than hear about it in a review. We want to make your stay with us as pleasing and comfortable as we can.
Guests have access to a nicely decorated living room and dining room area. We are remodeling the kitchen right now however guests have use of the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a nice deck in front of the home for enjoying the fresh country air!
We are always available during your stay. You can text or call us if you need anything.
This is a rural area. The typical lot size on our street is five to ten acres (a handful are less though). Due to the ruralness of the area, our property is very private and quiet. The street side of our property is lined with tall hedges for even more privacy. Another feature of being in a rural location is crime is low to non-existent.
We have plenty of parking for those guests that have something to tow such as a boat, trailer, Rv or what have you.
Keep in mind that in many rural communities, a driving duration of 5 to even 30 minutes or more is quite common. We highly recommend calculating the mileage and driving time to your planned activity. Mileage and driving time can easily be determined using your favorite mapping application. Remember, you can't go wrong by planning ahead.
We provide a continental breakfast that includes your choice of cereal, waffles, breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, and breakfast bars. We also stock the refrigerator with water, juice, milk, and fresh fruit is on the counter. There is also coffee and teas for you to enjoy. The Breakfast provided is for breakfast only, including the juice and coffee. Popcorn is available anytime.
We do not have an oven or stove top. What we do have is a microwave, a George Foreman grill, and an Electric Skillet for your convenience. Silverware, plates, and cups are provided.
The guesthouse also has a comfortable deck. Off the deck is a picnic table with a propane grill for your enjoyment.

We have 2 other separate listings in this home: The Tropical Master Suite and the Manatee room (all under Pleasant Days). Each room has its own living room. The dining room, kitchen, and outdoor areas are shared spaces. The Tropical Master Suite has its own private bathroom (with a bidet). The Manatee room and Scallop room share a bathroom.
On the other side of our property is our Southwest cottage. It is a private, stand-alone unit. It is beautifully decorated in a southwest theme.
Taking the Veteran's Expressway - Sr589, will bring you from the Tampa airport
straight to Pleasant-Days Bed & Breakfast in about 1 hour. The exit is about 1 mile from the from gate.
Due to insurance purposes, we require all persons coming on the property to sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

We welcome smokers but not inside the house. There is a nice outdoor table and chairs under the carport where you can relax and light up.
