The space
The home is clean, comfy and serene. HOME IS USED FOR A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. (No parties or events). NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED. ***Absolutely NO VISITORS. ***. This is your space to come and relax. Neighbors will quickly call the authorities and shut it down for any violations.
There are 3 br, cable TVs, WiFi. Features a spacious living room with a sectional sofa and 55" smart TV w/ access to 200+ local and premium channels & Netflix. 1 king size bed, 3 twin size beds, 2 fold away beds and 1 bunk bed. Backyard offers a Cabana lounge area, large play pool, (*not heated*) serene sandpit area with hammock plenty of seating. A BBQ grill and supplies are provided for barbecuing. Furnished with an outside dining area to enjoy your BBQ. Driveway parking space.
*NO smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside but PLEASE ensure the cigarette is completely diffused to prevent fires and placed in ashtrays provided. A $400 fee applies for smoking violations.
**Guest will NOT have access to the garage
There is a strict parking plan. Absolutely NO parking on the grass, or in front of anyone else’s house. No parking on the street at all. There are dedicated parking for guest staying at the residence only.
Extra guest or visitors are not permitted.

There are 2 Ring security camera outside the property only. One above the garage door facing the driveway and street, one doorbell Ring doorbell at the front entrance These are there for the security of the property while it stands vacant. We highly encourage you sweep up any pet hair before checkout to avoid additional fees. *** Please ensure you pick up after your pet in the home and around the outside.
