This clean home is perfect for those families who want to take advantage of relaxing at home with a private pool. Poolside Paradise also features an open layout for visiting with family and enjoying the pool. The master bedroom and two queen bedrooms all have smart televisions in the rooms, with a main smart TV in the common living area.
Poolside Paradise is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and you truly have privacy in the back yard where you won't be seeing your neighbors in their pools. The backyard looks out over a canal which encourages lots wildlife to visit and provides an ultimate feeling of privacy and peace to rejuvenate while on vacation . The pool area is completely screened in and a great feature of the home to be enjoyed by all guests. The patio features all new seating to provide a comfortable outdoor space. The pool also has a safety fence that is available for all families with children for safety. There is a covered area for shade as well as lots of sunny spots around the pool. The trees on both sides of the pool area help keep it secluded for privacy. Professional pool cleaners attend to this pool weekly to ensure it meets your expectations for cleanliness. The pool has steps leading in along with a handrail. The pool depth is around 3 feet in the shallow end to 5 feet in the deep end. The deep end also features a built in pool seat as well.
Inside the home, it has a stocked kitchen and seating at both the breakfast nook( 3 seats) and the table( 6 seats). A dishwasher and double oven are companions for the cooks. There is also a Weber propane grill available for guests to use.
The common living area of the home makes it easy to be part of the action if you're in the kitchen or dining room area. The home has a 55" brand new smart TV prepared for the common area living. One of of the couches has two remote lifts for tired beach, golf, or swimming legs that can be used.
When you decide to head to the beach, there is a new beach wagon, beach bag, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, sand toys and coolers available for your use as well.
We love Cape Coral and spend considerable time at both the Venice Beaches and Fort Myers Beaches along with fantastic fishing near Pine island which is why we selected this spot. This home is very close to convenient shopping, playgrounds, boat launches, fishing piers, many restaurants, and tons on golf courses.
