Property sleeps 30 people, great for family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. New for 2025 is a regulation size pickleball court. Features private swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, canoe, free RV hookups & pool table. The kitchen accommodates 4 dining room tables. 25 car parking. Pet fee $95. River is currently low as they work on the dam. We added a beach area, see pictures, with chairs, canoes and lounge chairs. Pool closes November 15th and reopens March 8th.
