Laguna By The Sea will allow you to truly experience Zen & relaxing time in paradise while feeling all the comforts of home. We have all the touches in this freshly remodeled space-from the plush pillows and fluffy towels to the bright colors and modern lighting-this space are absolutely perfect for your stay at the beach. Perfect for a couples, families, or just flying solo! A short walk to the gated beach access is sure to put you in vacation mode!
- We are located in Central Standard Time, with check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. We do not allow early check-in or late checkout without adequate notice to prepare (and these options are not always available due to other reservations or scheduled maintenance).
- You will receive your check-in info once the property is ready for your arrival; please do not arrive early without prior notice / approval.
- Parking is only available for two vehicles; one in the numbered spot and any additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking across the street from the complex.
- The A/C must not be set below 70 degrees at any time nor should the balcony doors be left open as this will cause the A/C to malfunction.
- Any and all issues must be disclosed during stay prior to checkout, or you are held liable for any damages. The property managers must be notified and given the ability to resolve any and all issues during stay, or guests accept responsibility for not disclosing in a timely manner. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities (TV, internet, A/C, etc) as these types of outages are beyond our control but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- Absolutely NO extra guests (including those simply “stopping by”) or you risk loss of security deposit and / or immediate eviction.
- A strict noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm – 6 am as this is a residential area. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time. Any disturbances that result in property management arriving to resolve are subject to a charge of the security deposit.
- We do NOT host student groups (under age 25) at any time. If you’ve booked and it is discovered that you are under our age requirement you will not be provided access to the home or issued a refund.
- Checkout is 10 am. Anything after 10 am is an additional day charge. If cleaners are not allowed access to the home due to late checkout or additional cleaning is needed due to late checkout, charges apply as needed.
- No illegal activity permitted and no smoking indoors. If the unit smells like smoke or marijuana there is a flat fee of $200 charged when the housekeepers notify us.
- ON CHECKOUT DAY:
- Please take the trash to the dumpster in front of the complex prior to checkout. An additional cleaning fee may occur if excess trash, dishes, or debris is found at home upon checkout. Extra cleaning is charged by our cleaners if the unit is left in poor condition; this amount can vary based on the severity of the condition.
- Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind will be charged the cost of replacement items ruined plus the clean-up fee.
- No pets allowed EXCEPT verified service animals.
