This vacation home has a nice flat front yard with a large driveway and 2 car garage. Inside, the first floor has a comfortable living room, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, dining area, and a half bath. The first floor is rounded out with a large master bedroom with a low step full shower bathroom.
Climbing the stairs, you are greeted with an open loft with an additional living area. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is to the right of the stairs. Further to the right is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. To the left of the loft sitting area is a large bedroom with 3 twin beds and a double bed.
Outside the house is a lovely deck off the dining area of the first floor. No Cape Cod house is complete without an outdoor shower, and this one will not disappoint.
The private beach is just a 3 min walk down the quiet driveway.
This home is only steps away from the bay beaches, facing to the west you'll enjoy amazing evening sunsets. During low tide, bay beaches offer endless sand flats. The flats extend up to a mile into the bay! Favorite activities during low tide include; searching for sea life, playing football, or flying kites. Once high tide arrives, it’s time to change out your gear and get ready to swim! At high tide, what was once amazing sand flats are in 7 feed of water. Knowing the tides is part of your stay, and thus the name of our home "Tidal Decisions"
The Town of Eastham is a Hidden gem on Cape Cod. The Town is only 2 miles wide, on the east side sits the best ocean beaches on Cape Cod, on the west side you can enjoy the calmness of the bay beaches.
Eastham is where the Cape Cod National Seashore begins. Roughly half the town is dedicated National Seashore property. The Salt Pond Visitor center is a great first stop to learn more about the seashore. Also, there are endless bike and walking trails. Coastguard and Nauset Beaches are the main ocean beaches in Eastham. These beaches lay on National Seashore land, thus protecting these pristine beaches from development.
