If you're staying at our home, just 6 minutes from Rainbow Springs Headsprings or 16 minutes from WEC. The home comes with a standard driveway with additional space in the front of the home for parking, so you can easily rent a car or bring your own and have a secure place to park it.

With your own car, you can easily access the nearby attractions like Crystal River, where you can swim with manatees, or Rainbow River, where you can go tubing down the clear blue water.
If you don't want to drive, you can also consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to get around. Just keep in mind that you may have to wait longer for a ride in this quieter neighborhood than you would in a more urban area.

7. Please do not tamper with the fire pit equipment without first reading through the instructions. This is for ambiance and warmth only. Please no food cooking.
8. ALWAYS lock the doors when you leave the house.
9. No smoking or vaping inside.
10. No fireworks.
11. Please respect our very quiet neighborhood and keep it quiet after 10pm. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Complaints from neighbors or violation of house rules, could result is removal from the property and your reservation will be canceled without refund.
12. You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay. This may include extra charges via your booking platform.
13. Do not block security cameras (exterior at the doors) or tamper with WIFI.
14. We have weekly trash service on Tuesday, kindly take your trash out to the end of the driveway on Monday.
15. The home has a septic system, do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste.
16. Please don’t leave doors open as wasp and yellow jackets among many other bugs that are prevalent in the area could enter. No matter how clean we keep the house a bug or two may sneak in, don’t be alarmed, this is common for the area. If there is a bug problem, please notify us immediately and we will take care of it.
17. We have set the garage to be disabled due to the fun family games we have installed for your enjoyment.
18. The yard is maintained every Wednesday.
19. No illegal drug use.

21. Guests are not permitted to charge their electric vehicles none of the sockets at Bailee’s Bliss have been certified as safe to use to charge a vehicle, even with the use of a ‘Granny charger’. 22. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.
