This home has it all! You only need your tooth brush and swim suit! Our beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath, vacation house has everything necessary to make special memories including a game room with a pool table and dart board. It has a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, private heated (no extra fee) pool/spa, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a gas and charcoal grill for those charcoal fanatics. You will need to provide propane or charcoal if you use the grill. The outdoor kitchen also has an ice maker to fill your coolers on the way to the beach and a refrigerator so you can easily get a cool refreshing beverage without going back into the house. Your days can easily flow into nights because of the outdoor lighting in the screen pool area. The master bedroom features a king size sleep number bed to help you get that extra rest needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own television. There is also a full size sofa bed for additional guests in the game room. A new addition is a full size sofa bed in the living room and a single pull out bed to accommodate a total of 9 people. Pictures of the sofas are updated. The video is not updated on the living room sofas or the hot tub change. Please refer to pictures which show the updates. Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your PC or smart device. The house is fully and beautifully furnished in a ‘beachy’ theme and comes with everything you need for a memorable vacation with your family. There is plenty of spacious comfortable living area both inside and outside. You can view our video of the home in the video section. The home is close to several beaches where you can enjoy fabulous sunsets. Great shopping and dining can be found close by. Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are nearby.
