Dining area, Living room and Luncheon-Reading room Breezeway (it's at the opposite end of house from Living room) so it's quiet. Garage not included. Canal has easy access for kayaking and fishing. Fifteen minutes from canal to Bay and Ocean fishing. Great outdoor patio area as well as grassy area to enjoy the beautiful Bonita Canal sunsets. House available for weekly/2weeks/monthly/rental. Walk to beaches. Strole to restaurants and shopping.
