This monthly rental (28-31 days depending on the month) is only available 2-3 times per year and is located in Ozona. The home is on a private ¾ acre lot located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a tropical setting overlooking a lagoon. All of the bedrooms are on the second level. Master bedroom has a king, two additional bedrooms have queens and fourth room has two twin beds. This home has all stainless steel appliances and an oversized washer and dryer. There is plenty of room to hang out in the downstairs area to watch tv or play a few games of ping pong. The downstairs has recently been renovated and pictures will be posted soon. Outside you will find corn hole that can be played out back in the oversized yard. Cool off in the large 7ft deep saltwater pool (heated for an additional charge). Sway on the inviting front porch swing and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or choose to sit in the serenity of the second story screened porch that looks over the beautiful backyard oasis to start your day. Bring your boat, park on the driveway and launch it at Southerland Bayou public boat ramp 1.3 miles away. There are several marinas in close proximity and numerous local fishing guides that can be chartered. Pop Stansell Park is less than a half of a mile away where you can find a fishing pier, kids park and a small craft kayak launch. Enjoy many close, within walking distance, restaurants, shops and breweries in Ozona and downtown Palm Harbor. A few blocks away is the Pinellas Trail that conveniently allows you to bike or walk to several neighboring communities such as Dunedin or Tarpon Springs. Free to use the beach chairs, fishing poles and bicycles.
