Lakeside House is located on Rotonda and is a lovely home located in a peaceful setting backing onto a lake. It's the perfect 'chill' holiday home! Lakeside House has a beautiful extra large 'L' shaped pool with a waterfall. The large pool deck and cage have been extended to increase the views of the fantastic lake and abundance of wildlife to the the back of the property. Our home is landscaped on all sides and is maintained to a very high standard.
The living area is spacious with a large open plan family room, separate dining area (leading to the pool) and well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with 'his and hers' washing areas flanking the large bath and walk-in shower. The guest rooms are on the other side of the house providing excellent privacy. The Family Room benefits from a large SMART UHD Television, video and soundbar. The master bedroom and primary guest room are equipped with televisions. We have a comprehensive guide in the house with suggestions for some of our favourite restaurants, where to shop, location of some of the best beaches, where to find sports activities and generally how to enjoy our home to the full!
The pool area is very large and we have provided 6 sun loungers, BBQ Grill and outside dining furniture. You will find four adult bicycles in the double garage.
We use the property as our second home and regulate bookings to ensure that the home doesn't become worn and tired in appearance.
