Beautiful home in private lot. House divided into a North and South Wings. Private South wing made available with shareable laundry and pool areas. Intercom and stereo TV/music system. Lots of outdoor screened area to fill those Zen moments. Enjoy a solar heated pool (weather permitting), remodeled kitchen, tiled floors and spacious pool decking areas; ideal for your well deserved relaxation time. Outdoor parking available in the property driveway. Property been managed by son who resides in the private North Wing. Please ensure you include all guests staying overnight as part of your reservation.
Children are welcome if you have them. Just ensure toddlers, infants and those who like to play in pool area know how to swim or are properly supervised at all times. We try to make house safe but is not baby proof. Keep children supervised. Pool is 32' * 18 ' with 8' deep water at deepest area. Dead bolts are on every door to help keep little ones from opening doors. Make sure you secure them as needed.

In the unlikely event that medical treatment is needed, Brandon Regional Hospital, as well as CVS, Walgreens and an Emergency Care Clinic are within minutes away from the property.
The use of safety mask or face cover and gloves (not provided) are recommended when not in premises. If you or any member of your party have any flu like symptoms, we recommend you cancel your reservation and request a full refund in accordance with site guidelines.
We provide for self check in/out and key-less entry into the property. Note that ONLY the outside areas and laundry room (pool included) are shared areas. South wing is self-contained and private. Non Smoking inside the house or in covered areas outside. Quiet times by 9PM. No loud noises or music during quiet times. Not a party house. Large scale events are not allowed. Must check with host prior to booking.
