Love You More is located in the Seagrass Development on Cape San Blas, about midway down the peninsula. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has a private pool, elevator, and enough deck space to enjoy views of the Gulf and the Bay. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with kitchen aid appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a flat screen TV/DVD, dining area seats 8 with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. There is plenty of deck space to enjoy the gulf views of this home as well as an outdoor dining area. The Seagrass Development also has a community pool and clubhouse which is located directly across the street from this home. Definitely a place to see and experience our little piece of paradise in this quiet community.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO INTERNAL STAIRS to this home, only external covered stairs and the elevator.
Seagrass is within walking distance to The Cape Trading Post where you can find souvenirs, snacks, beverages and even Hunt’s Brothers Pizza. On one side of the Trading Post, you can dine at Peachy’s serving a variety of yummy tacos; or on the other, you can have some of the freshest shrimp you’ll ever eat steamed right up for you at St. Joe Shrimp. If you’re an earlier riser, see if you can beat the rush to Webber’s Donuts.
