BOATING: There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer on the driveway. This home is just 5 blocks to the Community Boat Ramp, where you can easily enjoy a day on the boat traveling to Jewfish Key, Sister Keys, and enjoy cruising the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
DINING: Just 5 blocks from 3 well-known local restaurants: Mar Vista which offers a rustic seafood flare, Shore offers modern décor serving unique seafood dishes, and Whitney’s which is located just a short walk from the beach. There are many other great culinary options north of Longboat Key on Anna Maria Island and further south on Longboat Key, St. Armand’s Circle, and Sarasota.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
Furry friends are welcome and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
