Enjoy the ease of an elevator to unload your groceries & suitcases to ascend to the living area. Guests have one covered garage parking space and plenty of space to park additional cars in the driveway.
The open area with cathedral ceiling offers a 75" flat screen TV in the Great Room, ample seating for guests, a dining area & breakfast bar. The new kitchen comes fully equipped with SS appliances, quartz countertops & lanai overlooking the elevated screened heated pool. Beautiful wood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every room. If you like to watch the wildlife, the outdoor dining is a perfect place to feel the cool breezes and hear the birds!
The separate guest wing offers two bedrooms (one with king bed, the 2nd with twins) and a shared bath with tub/shower & laundry. The master suite features an updated bath (double sinks, walk-in oversized shower), walk-in closet, new furniture which includes a king-sized bed, "his and hers" dressers, 60" TV. The adjacent den/dressing room offers a TV and sleeper sofa. Both of these rooms have sliders to the pool area.
The house is equipped with linens, beach towels, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella. Owner provides two bikes. The Dunes offers golf & tennis, open to the public. All of this and just a short drive to the beach!
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. Dwelling License RDWL-006950. House Rules - No Parties, candles. Only one parking bay available in garage.
