This stylish, colorful, and fun 4BDRM, 2BA house is located right in the heart of South Tampa and is close to everything! It is just a short uber ride to Hyde Park, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Westshore marina, and even St. Pete!

Enjoy sunny Tampa with your friends and family in our incredibly huge BACKYARD PARADISE!! There is a gorgeous pool, a hammock, a BBQ grill, a putt putt golf area, corn hole, a 10x20ft canopy, and a fire pit. We have a ton of outdoor seating- lounge chairs, retro folding chairs, outdoor living room set, Adirondack chairs nestled around the fire pit, and a picnic table.
Need to cool off inside? Don't worry, we have you covered! (No pun intended) We have a super fun indoor entertainment space as well. Equipped with a pool table, high speed wifi, Samsung Smart TV's, an indoor bar area, two living room seating areas, and tons of board games to make sure you are never BORED! :) We've recently added a queen air mattress, Pack n Play and a high chair for the kiddies.
This amazing property was a total remodel. Brand new bathrooms, kitchen, even an entire huge living room add on. The pool is also brand new!
New landscaping, new turf, new fire pit and new outdoor and indoor furniture!
Our kitchen has everything you need. Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Pots & Pans, Plates, bowls, & Utensils, Knife set, Spatulas, and Cups. We even have a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, a frother, coffee mate creamer and sugar packets. Our bar is equipped with rocks glasses, tall glasses, wine glasses, electric wine opener, and bar utensils. Enjoy meals at the built-in breakfast bar that seats 4 and dining table that also seats 4, totaling 8 seats for the kitchen!
There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We supply dishwasher detergent and trash bags. We provide the initial roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There are fresh sheets on all the beds as well as fresh towels. We have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as Qtips and dental floss. There are hair dryers in each bathroom and a clothes steamer in the laundry room.
Our outdoor space has a ton of amenities as previously mentioned. We have 8 pool towels, 2 floaties, 2 putters for the putt putt golf as well as glow in the dark golf balls. We also have an outdoor grill utensil set in the laundry room. And to top it off, we have an automated mosquito zapping machine that eliminates the pesky bugs for your comfort!
The house has a dedicated driveway, which fits 2 vehicles. However there is plenty of street parking, all of which is free and on the street where the house is located.
