Welcome to our stunning North Miami Beach villa nestled on a half-acre. Enjoy the serenity of the private backyard, complete with a basketball court, screened-in pool, BBQ grill and ample space for relaxation. This gorgeous property features a 3/2 main house, with a separate 1/1 suite with a private entrance. Stay entertained with our 85'' smart TV with surround sound and fast WIFI. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and pool area.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AND NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A LIGHTER IN POOL AREA!
We are about 20 minutes from South Beach and downtown Miami. We are also 20 minutes from both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport.
Quiet hours begin at 11pm-7am per North Miami Beach’s noise ordinance. Should the police be called to deal with a noise complaint, or should we deem it prudent, all violators will be evicted with no refund. We take our relationship with our neighbors seriously and rely on you, our guests to keep noise at a minimum to reduce impact on our neighborhood.

By booking you acknowledge the following additional rules and possible fees:

· Guest are welcome to request early or late checkout and we will try to accommodate your group as long as another group is not coming in that same day.
· If early check-in or late check out is available there will be a $25 per hour fee. Check-in before 9am and check out after 3pm will be considered a full day’s booking fee.
Please note that this property is surrounds by trees and reptiles and bugs are normal. We exterminate bi-weekly during the summer months. Reptiles such as lizards, palmetto bugs and spiders may be seen. Although these bugs are typically seen outside, If doors are left open for any length of time, it is a possibility that they will welcome themselves in. The lizards are very fast and intimidating but very harmless.
