Two remodeled bathrooms (one en suite) both with showers. Comfortable den with large flatscreen TV. Dining area. Remodeled kitchen with high end appliances. Lanai with comfortable seating. Landscaped yard with front and back patios. Outdoor shower. One car carport. We have a fold out sofa and a twin airbed that are suited for a child.
