Our peaceful, cozy home is centrally located in a quite neighborhood near historic downtown, boat ramps, shopping, dinning, and only 7 miles from the Beach! You’ll enjoy private use of the entire house during your getaway. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while sitting outside on the private enclosed patio. Our property offers closeness to a variety of activities all year long. From shopping in the historic downtown of Amelia Island, to sunbathing on the beach.
The house consists of a fully functioning kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, an enclosed patio, and a two car garage.
The kitchen is equipped with one electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer. We provide basic kitchen needs and some spices. We love coffee, and know you probably do, too. So we have included a coffee maker and provide coffee, filters, sugar, cream, and teas. Here you will also find basic cleaning supplies, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit underneath the sink.
The living room offers comfortable couches where you and the family can relax and watch your favorite shows or movies on our T.V.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. This bedroom has access to its own full bathroom an a walk in closet where you can find beach toys and two extra air mattresses (one twin and one full). The other two rooms each have a queen-sized bed. We also set up a teepee tent in one of the bedrooms that we know your kids will love! The bedding is properly changed and cleaned. If you are planning for a long stay, we will leave an extra set of sheets.
The master bathroom contains a shower, and the other bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked for your basic needs, such as toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, etc.
The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer, both functional and ready to use. We provide detergent, softener, and dryer sheets.
In the garage you will find the broom, mop, vacuum, and two beach chairs that you are welcome to take to the beach with you! We also allow you to park inside the garage!
The outside enclosed patio is a perfect place to create memorable moments while relaxing or playing family games.
The Area
Seaside Park
This is the closest beach to the house. Only 7 miles away! Here you don't even have to walk to the beach, you can drive your 4-wheeled vehicle directly onto the beach! If you don't have 4-wheel drive, you will have to park, then walk to the beach. One of the more crowed beaches, but definitely worth checking out. Plenty of places to eat at nearby.
Peters Point Park
If you prefer a less crowded beach, this white sand beach is perfect for you and only 8 miles away from the house! Although less crowded, it still provides restrooms and showers. Peters Point Park beach access also allows beach driving and parking on the beach. However, non-residents are required to have a permit.
Fort Clinch State Park/Main Beach
Fort Clinch State Park, where Main Beach is located, is only 9 miles away from the house! This State Park is a must see for any history buff! On the first weekend of each month, they reenact the fort operations during the civil war. You can also camp here if you wish! After checking out the fort, walk Main Beach. This beach is know for shark tooth "hunting".
Big Talbot Island State Park
For the more nature inspired individuals, this beautiful natural preserve is only 17 miles away and perfect for bird-watching and photography.
Cumberland Island
This beautiful island is a must see if you have a whole day to spend as it is 30 miles and a short ferry ride away in Georgia. Only 200 people per day are allowed onto this island! Here you can find wild horses, monkeys, dolphins, and much more!

Arriving at the House
From the 200, you will turn South onto Nassauville Rd. After 1.4 miles you will make a left onto College Parkway. Follow this road until the end and make a right. The house will be towards the end on the right side.
Parking and Entering the House
There is parking for 4 cars. Two in the garage and two more in front of the garage. No street parking is allowed. You will receive your personal entry instructions a few days before your check-in date. With these instructions, you will also receive specific check-in and check-out instructions. Relax and enjoy!
