Very quiet private neighborhood. Guest house is on 2.5 acres that is completely fenced with a 6 foot concrete wall blocking out any sound from any nearby neighbors. There is a lot of wildlife roaming the property going to and from pond. As we are in a tropical climate there are frogs that are poisonous to cats and dogs that roam the property especially at night. Pest control is contracted to keep mosiquites and other bugs to a minimum.
