Location, Location, Location. San Ramon complex is located directly on the beach and has a private entrance for the Condo users. Our condo is only a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. There are just 28 units in this friendly condo complex. The condo is located on the 1st floor and is an end unit. There is a heated swimming pool with plenty of loungers, chairs and tables. The primary bedroom is large with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. The main bathroom has a bath/shower combo. The condo is fully furnished. The living room has a new sofa/love- seat and a 52" flat screen tv. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Corian countertops and has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one covered parking place and additional parking is available for guests. Beach towels and chairs are provided to enjoy a day at beach. Downtown Venice is close by with many restaurants and shops . Great golf courses are only a short drive away
