The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood located in the popular Lindfields subdivision close to highway 192, I-4 and the 429. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions and Margaritaville resort.
The living space offers a bright and airy feel with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV and a ceiling fan. Access to the pool and deck space is from the living space.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances and utensils needed should you choose to cook at home. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating and a breakfast table in a nook just off the kitchen.
There is a more formal dining space just off the living space.
There is a fully screened private pool with covered eating and sitting areas offers a spectacular view of the lake and nature reserves. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai allows for al fresco dining.
