ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. This two story house has a laid back lodge feel. The original owners built this house using trees that came out of the river (as you will see in the pictures) that adds to the rustic feel of the four open ceiling bedrooms upstairs. This charming home has plenty of room for up to 10 people. There is a queen size bed located downstairs for anyone that may have issues with climbing stairs. There is also a bath on both levels. the bath downstairs also has access to the river so that you don't have to necessarily go through the house to get to it. We also offer the use of two kayaks to enjoy the exploration of nooks and crannies of the river. Plenty of local restaurants in town, however the kitchen is ready for you to cook if you prefer. we provide linens, and 10 towels, but you may want to bring extra towels if you plan to swim often. We encourage our guest to look into vacation insurance. Our peak season is also hurricane season, and this is Florida. We cannot do a refund or credit for acts of God. We also have a ring bell security camera on both the front door and back door of the property. Property manager has access to cameras and any images will be deleted when no longer needed.
