Amazing Beautiful and Breathtaking
Our experience at sunset cove was amazing! The owner Coleen was very attentive, answered any and all questions with quick response times! Her place was decorated very cute! There were dishes to use plenty of towels and chairs if you needed to take to the beach! It was very clean too and also a nice quiet area to stay at! The king bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! We also loved the fact there was a TV in the bedroom so we could watch a movie in bed together! We also loved the fact there is a private beach access right across the street! Overall I will definitely be contacting Coleen again next year for out stay in Florida!!!

Our Private Entrance is DIRECTLY ACROSS a Quiet two lane street FROM BEACH. It is just a ONE MINUTE WALK.
You can see from the pictures how close we are.
The other end of the property is on the Cove & we have a dock & picnic area there.

Yes, it is really an island.
When you're not at the beach, enjoy our large solar heated pool with tiki huts, chairs for sunbathing or relaxing.
Or, spend some time on the private fishing dock and picnic area with barbecue grills and picnic tables located on the Boca Ciega Bay end of the property.
Caddy's. Taco Bus, Seadog Brewing & Katiki restaurants & bars are within easy walking distance.
Parking is never a problem.
PARK in the #29 South parking space for this unit. on the 8565 West Gulf Side.

You must get the Parking Permit from the Condo & leave it in your car.
There is even a guest parking permit if you have guests.
Cars without a sticker will be towed. This is condo policy & must be followed.
Be sure to leave the sticker when you leave.

Our cleaning crew is sanitizing between visitors.
But while you are there remember to wash hands often for 20 seconds. We have soap & hand Sanitizer
Also remember proper distancing of 6 feet from your group to others.
TOTAL OF 13% will be added to your rental as LODGING STAY TAX. These are the taxes for Pinellas County & Florida State. Also there is a fee from VRBO.
There is also a $100 FEE for cleaning which you need to leave for the cleaning ladies at the end of your visit. Cash preferred.
We allow 7 days , weekly or monthly or longer stays.
The condo association has a strict NO PETS policy

This is a quiet complex. NO loud parties
Our second floor condo has one bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays.
Free assigned parking.
If our schedule is full we do have another condo available in the same complex same price that is designed for couples & sleeps 2. Just ask for details.
There are water views from the condo. It is air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
There is flat screen cable TV in both the living room (fifty inch) and a 30" TV in the bedroom
There is a king size bed in the bedroom & a queen size sleeper in the living room.
NOTE: Condo rules limit the number of people in a one bedroom condo to no more than 2 adults & 1 child.
The kitchen includes full refrigerator & stove, Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, teapot, mixer, and lots of pans and silverware plus accessories..
The linens are all supplied.
There are even chairs and beach towels to take to the beach
Sunset Beach is known for
breathtaking sunsets, soft white sand beaches, and sparkling water on the Gulf of Mexico.

We also have fabulous views of the intercoastal Bay.
The pelicans, dolphins and boats passing by make the spectacular views just about perfect.

This is a clean, up-to-date Florida style condo as you'll see in the pictures.
Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed. It is air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
Note: This is a second floor unit if the stairs would be a problem.
