- To keep the pool area clean and free from wildlife, our staff has placed a floating plastic crocodile head in the pool. Don’t be alarmed if you see it—it’s harmless and acts as a scarecrow. In fact, you’re welcome to swim with it! (We'll post a picture for reference.)
Quiet Hours & Party Policy: This is NOT a party house. Noise in the patio or outdoor areas is strictly prohibited after 10 PM. Noise monitoring systems are installed, and violations may result in fines of up to $1,500.
