This 2 br, 2 ba condo is very spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook at home, enjoy the beach, sit by the pool or just completely unwind and relax. Guests will have a parking pass for one car in a designated parking spot for the condo. There are visitor spots available but only for short term use.
Isla Del Sol is a resort/residential community with multiple complexes. Throughout the community are trails for walking and biking, water features and ponds, lakes and views of Boca Ciega Bay. You are about 1/2 mile to the beach as the crow flies, though the public access points are closer to 1-2 miles depending.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy this place of relaxation year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Parking pass, pool pass and clubhouse key must be returned upon checkout - Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per lost item.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
