- When rain is heavy the kiddie area may be subject to flooding. Please contact maintenance if this occurs.
- Monday evening and Tuesday evening the trash bins will Be taken down by maintenance. This will not affect your stay and you will not be disturbed. Wednesday’s the trash will be brought in.

-Every Tuesday or Wednesday the pool and hot tub will be maintenanced for sanitation purposes. They will access the home from side gate. Please be aware they will not be of any disturbance. Please have animals put away during these times.
