► Supplies: We provide an initial setup of linens, towels, and basic paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels). For extended stays (7+ nights) or larger groups, additional supplies may be needed.
► Noise Policy: Please note that our neighborhood has strict noise regulations and a quiet hours policy between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There will be no amplified sound allowed outside during this time period. Please be aware that any violation is subject to warning and potential removal from the stay. We hope you understand our position as we aim to be responsible neighbors.
► No smoking is permitted inside the property. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking.
► Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior approval. The first pet fee is $125 (non-refundable) and the second pet fee is $75 (non-refundable).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damage caused during their stay.
