Private 3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room to roam. House sleeps 10 and offers 2 King beds, 4 twin beds (bunk beds) and 1 pullout couch. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers (Keurig and traditional) and cookware. House features - Satellite TV, internet, washer and dryer, Foosball table, boardgames, covered porch with picnic table. Enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks at night around the firepit.
Our home backs up to River Ranch Property Owners Association. If you are a member of RRPOA you must check in at the front gate and use the property in accordance with RR rules. You do NOT have to be a member to rent our home. But you do have to be a member to access the property on the other side of our fence. A current River Ranch membership card is required before booking.
Second bath does not have a stand-up shower so we added a large outdoor shower, perfect for cleaning up after a day of riding. We do have cameras on the exterior of the home for security purposes, but they aren't intrusive and are located by the garages. We understand the need for privacy.
Westgate River Ranch Resort and Rodeo is nearby. Enjoy a real rodeo every Saturday night. Watch trick riding, barrel racing and bull riding and make sure to visit the saloon afterwards! The resort also features archery, air rifle range, horseback riding, marina, petting zoo, pony rides and an adventure park with bungee jumper, rocking climbing wall, mechanical bull and mini golf.
Max 6 adults allowed in the home (on 2 king beds, 1 sleeper sofa); bunk beds will not hold weight of a grown up.
Things to do and eat that are close by - Frostbite Ice Cream and More, many, many restaurants in Sebring and LakeWales (a short drive away), Canopy Oaks and RV park, bass fishing in many of the surrounding lakes, shooting range, Bok Tower Gardens, Lake Kissimmee State Park and acres and acres of ATV riding and hunting when you have a membership to River Ranch Property Owners Association.
