Peace and serenity beckons. This is a vintage home (half of a duplex) set far back from a 25mph two-lane road that meanders alongside the Indian River. Have your morning coffee on the dock while a gorgeous sunrise unfolds. Watch the world awaken as fish jump, birds take flight and dolphins cruise by searching for their morning meal. Only 4 miles to Cocoa Village, 7.5 to USAA stadium, 17.6 to Kennedy Space center, 25 minutes from Brevard’s best beaches, and an hour to Orlando attractions.
The space
We’re set on three partially wooded acres. The duplex is the easternmost building and provides a stunning view of the water. Built in 1948 as a fishing camp, there’s a rich history behind the property. The rooms are not large, but the place feels cozy, and we’ve furnished it with your comfort in mind.

Dock and the laundry room are shared, but the entire home (Unit B2) is private.
Other things to note
Wildlife is all around us. We often see dolphins swim by, especially at dawn & dusk. Manatees sometimes visit because they like the shallow water along our docks. (Only 5-6 feet to bottom). Pelicans are plentiful, and fish frequently jump. We’ve even seen a stingray or two. We also have a resident pair of kestrels, and sandhill cranes sometimes roam up our driveway. You’ll see rabbits at night. And maybe a cat or two. Roosters crow in the morning hours.
